ZIP BLOOM – INDUSTRIAL SUN は、PERSOが長年向き合ってきた「ジッパー」という構造から生まれた照明作品です。
5本のジッパーが花弁のように開閉し、光と影、そしてフォルムそのものを変化させます。
人工物であるジッパーと金属、柔らかなレザー。
本来交わることのない素材を繋ぎ合わせることで生まれた、PERSO初の照明作品です。
灯りをともすと花が開くように光が広がり、灯りを消した後も静かな彫刻として空間に存在し続けます。
5枚の花弁内部には金属板を内蔵しています。
光を反射するだけでなく、開いた状態のフォルムを保持する役割も担っています。
開閉によって生まれる立体的なシルエットは、素材そのものが構造として機能することで実現しています。

熱によって生まれる色彩や模様はすべて異なり、同じ表情を持つ作品は存在しません。

内側にアルミニウムを使用したモデルです。

ZIP BLOOM – INDUSTRIAL SUN is a lighting sculpture born from PERSO's long exploration of the zipper as a structural element.
Five zippers open and close like flower petals, transforming light, shadow, and the form itself.
Industrial zippers, metal, and soft leather.
By bringing together materials that would never normally coexist, PERSO created its first lighting sculpture.
When illuminated, light blooms outward like a flower opening.
Even when unlit, the piece remains present in the space as a quiet sculpture.
Each of the five petals contains an internal metal panel.
Beyond reflecting light, these panels also maintain the sculptural form when the petals are opened.
The three-dimensional silhouette created through opening and closing is made possible by the materials themselves functioning as part of the structure.

The interior is lined with hand-burnished brass panels.
The colors and patterns created by heat are unique to each piece, ensuring that no two works are ever identical.
Its organic surface continuously shifts with changing light, reminiscent of the movement of an aurora.

This edition features aluminum panels on the interior.
In contrast to AURORA BRASS, it offers a quieter and more industrial expression.
Soft reflections reminiscent of a distant haze combine with the cool character of raw metal.
